I've supported this club since the mid 60's and will do so till the day I die. Been many times to Anfield and still get joy from seeing Anfield even If it's only on the tv these days. This team needs 3 new midfielder, that's where the team has gone bad this season, get them and we will be booming again.

It's so depressing to see us literally slump so hard this season but all is not lost, we have to remember that there is still a long way to go. I feel sorry for Nunez, Salah and Gakpo at the moment because they just can't do what they do best when the midfield isn't operating properly. People forget how many chances Mane and Salah kept missing last season because we were winning but the reason they scored the numbers they did was that we were just so dominant in every match that it was almost impossible for them not to score. You can't expect defenders to defend properly or attackers to attack properly if your Midfield is being bypassed. Trent's assist numbers are down because he can't push up as much as he would like because the midfield is losing its battles.

Bacjetic really looks like he will be great for us as his body matures, lets take all the positives we can from this season YNWA

I think it's time to sell Salah he's been to lazy since he got that big contract and hasn't shown any progress on becoming a top striker he's subpar and needs to be sold and the owners need to sell Liverpool fully because they haven't helped with recruitment for the last two seasons and when they have we haven't brought players we need time for some deadwood to go and better recruitment staff in as well

Our midfield can't dribble or run pass opposition. They couldn't pass a cough forward even if they tried. Glaring flaws which teams are exposing every match. It's just a matter of time before we get embarrassed again similar to Brighton and Brentford. We should have actually collected 1/2 dozens from both. Next observation - because of our incompetent midfield, our strikers are looking average or oddball in certain situations cos there's no intelligence when making the next pass. I've seen city closely and it's painful to compare - our players can't match their awareness to the correct next pass. Aimless passing back or sideways, with no intention of penetrating the opposition. This midfield crisis has leaked into the rest of the team and spoiled our attack and defense. If players like Fabinho, Henderson, Keita can't assist to stop attacks and create our own through quick turnovers in possession, we'll be stuck were we have been for another 30 years. Klopp should use this time to take more risks with the talented youngsters he's got on the bench cos no matter which team goes out these days, we're not expecting a win. That's a cold fact!

For the love of good please sign a running midfielder. People say Mané's departure hurt us, I say Diaz is a great replacement but his injury is unfortunate. What truly hurt is Wijnaldum's departure, he could just run and run and run some more and we never found a new player that could.
