Calling it a terrific win is subjective. We were extremely lucky and should not take this for granted. Need to do better honestly. And that game screams that we need a new midfielder asap.

Been caught asleep minutes after kick off a few times. Easy goals for the opposition, seems a few teams have recognised this weakness in the Liverpool side. The team need telling the game starts when the whistle is blown, not when you’ve warmed up. Lucky to have got a win this time.

I would like to say in my opinion that must be the worst midfield liverpool started ever. Apart from tiago....Henderson, elliot, oxdale post match standing were 4.5,5, 5 and we won the game from Leicester's mistakes. No wonder we have struggled this season. Putting out players that are simply over the top or not good enough for the prem, in the case of elliot. Liverpool should have made steps last season to replace these players. As I say in my opinion

Very poor performance in possession. Midfield is far too lightweight with Elliot and Thiago , can’t play them both if you are going to keep piling forward with no thought of keeping the ball or defending with our brains. One of our worst performances of the year. Liverpool need to sign another CDM to cover Fabinho

If only the Reds had a pacy destroyer like prime Fernandinho or prime Kante, I would not count this team out of the title race. If. The only midfielder on Klopp's roster with any real pace is Ox, and he is only so-so on defense. That is rather sad, if you think about it.

Listen we can criticize all we want it was a typical tuff game against a good opponent...ill take the 3points how ever it comes sometimes we play the best football and come away with nothing to show for it..and we didnt play our best football and get something I will take that every time..

Look at the champions league final last season against realmadrid i have never seen a more one sided game fr i am watching football...we had all the ball...create 9 clear and cldnt score even 1...we lost ended up losing the game..so a ugly win is better than a pretty lost.

Glad my Reds won but the better team was Foxes. Nunez has the yips and defense took a nap. They played at 40% potential and that is disappointing. I hope Klopp gets them sorted for a winning streak for 2023. YNWA!

I think Klopp needs to make a really difficult but obvious decision this summer. Henderson isn't up to it and is barking orders and trying to be the composer in midfield yet he cant even play his own game that well. We really cant continue with such a gaping hole of class in midfield. Fabinho and Thiago are doing enough and Keita injury pending does okay for us too. But we need more

People have to stop saying he’s a holding midfielder. He’s clearly not. He is so much better as a right central midfielder. He can press higher and stop worrying defensively. He could also play in a double pivot. He’s clearly not the same and his legs are only aging. Bajcetic had to start as a cdm today
